I'm not really sure. I thought I'd already figured out how I wanted to colour the comic--I have pages done, even, but now I'm not so sure. It'd look just as good like this, but I had originally planned to make it look like this. Hm...

Anyhow, pencil sketch that I scanned, inked digitally and then coloured entirely in photoshop.

Meh, even though you're indesicive about what you're going to do with this in regards to your intention and the way it turned out - I like it. It doesn't look overworked, overstylized, or inadequate for what purpose you have intended it for. It's unique in the way the figure matches her surroundings, yet is significant without being to overwhelmingly stylized. It is definitely a display of your talent.

Though I like this style, I think the other one is more appropriate. For what it's worth. I still owe you notes.

I like both of the coloring styles that youve used on this comic so far, however the previous one (that you requested critique on) was extremely dark and grudgy, so I figured that would only be used on certain parts in the comic. If you used the dark grudgy style (although amazing!) all the time, you wouldn't be able to input a difference in mood or scenery very often, it would just all blend in together.

GibsonTwist and DestinyAngel both make good points. While the dark and grungy style of the the website and previous concept art seems like it would make a better match to your story (moodwise, stylewise, etc...), it also has the limitations that DestinyAngel pointed out. This one is easier for the eyes to take in, but I like both styles very much. But since I don't actually know how exactly the story is going to play out (will it need a dark and grungy mood the entire time? or is it more light-hearted at times?), it's tough call for someone outside the creative process to make. You, of course, know the story better than your expectant audience does lol =P. If you need both coloring styles, I'm sure you'll be able to work it out as the story calls for it :)
